Sub Insurance + Compliance Coordinator

General Job Description
This role is a critical part to the finance team, ensuring that subcontractors and vendors are in compliance with company regulations.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will manage the subcontractor pre-qualification process, establish new vendors, and assist with insurance claims as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, input, and request subcontractor license information, supplier’s lien releases, notices of right to lien, and subcontractor insurance and endorsements

  • Oversee subcontractor pre-qualification process

  • Work with CFO on insurance claims administration

  • Complete credit applications

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of commercial construction and commercial insurance

  • Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally

  • Willing to pick up the phone and make numerous requests and provide education to trade partners

  • Interest in learning more about risk management

  • Knowledge of computer accounting software
