Sub Insurance + Compliance Coordinator

General Job Description
This role is a critical part to the finance team, ensuring that subcontractors and vendors are in compliance with company regulations.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will manage the subcontractor pre-qualification process, establish new vendors, and assist with insurance claims as needed.
Responsibilities
Monitor, input, and request subcontractor license information, supplier’s lien releases, notices of right to lien, and subcontractor insurance and endorsements
Oversee subcontractor pre-qualification process
Work with CFO on insurance claims administration
Complete credit applications
Qualifications
Knowledge of commercial construction and commercial insurance
Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally
Willing to pick up the phone and make numerous requests and provide education to trade partners
Interest in learning more about risk management
Knowledge of computer accounting software
