Skip the application

No need to apply to an online portal, fill out application fields, or upload your resume. I will create a candidate profile of you that includes your resume, desired compensation, and an overview of your work history and interest in the company.

Get Prepped

We will prep for the interview stage together. I know my clients on a deep level, and I know their interview style. I use this knowledge to make sure you are equipped with details on potential questions, who you’ll be meeting with, and what to expect.

The Offer

I go in strong from the beginning to make sure you get the best offer possible and reduce the stress of negotiating. If there’s something you want to change about the offer details, you have me in your corner advocating for you the entire way.
